  5. The Fleet Management module is one of 11 integrated accounting modules
  6. available from TAI, written exclusively in Informix 4GL. It contains Work Order
  7. and Equipment Maintenance sections. This software is truly multi-user and has
  8. been extensively tested in Intel and Motorola environments. The Equipment
  9. Maintenance section provides for the logging of materials, consumable,
  10. depreciation, and purchase cost by component and vehicle. Component swaps also
  11. swap costs. The Work Order section provides for the entry of parts, labor and
  12. outside contract work against a component/vehicle. There can be five categories
  13. for repair and within each 60 reasons, for subsequent defect analysis, time and
  14. materials studies, and breakdown projection. The system is triggered by
  15. preventative maintenance schedules and defect tickets. The work order system is
  16. integrated with inventory, purchasing and accounts payable. A full set of
  17. reports are available. All screens ISQL-able for additional inquiry through
  18. ISQL. End-user binary and source, and VAR licenses are available.
